Payment and Verification

All gift card purchases follow standard verification process. Therefore, MotorCityOutlet.com reserves the right to void, cancel or deactivate any gift card purchase, gift card balance and/or order including account if necessary. An individual may not use a gift card to purchase another gift card. MotorCityOutlet.com reserves the right to cancel any gift card orders, even when purchased in combination with merchandise.

Gift Card Shipment

If you are purchasing a MotorCityOutlet.com Gift Card with other merchandise, the gift card(s) will be shipped separately from your merchandise and you will be provided with a separate email order confirmation with a different tracking number from your merchandise order. Please allow one to two business day to process gift card orders. Applicable shipping charges will apply for gift card purchases.

Promotion Policy

Discounts and promotional offers cannot be applied for gift card purchases. MotorCityOutlet.com reserves the right to cancel any gift card orders (even if combined with merchandise) should a discount or promotional offer be applied to the purchase of a gift card, MotorCityOutlet.com will contact the purchaser of the gift card to place a new order.

Using Your Gift Card Online

At checkout enter the gift card number in the gift card field. Your credit card will be required at checkout even if your gift card covers or exceeds your order total. Your credit card will not be charged unless your order total exceeds the amount that is in your gift card.
